It was easy. I was given clear instructions and I did not have to spend hours in my day doing any leg work. Literally everything was handled for me except signing the final paperwork. It was great.
Was charged the mortgage amount due to not knowing I had to cancel my auto pay.
Customer service “you’ll get the money back in a month” being down 2400 is a serious issue they did not take serious
It was an easy process, every question or concern we had was patiently explained and clarified.
