Frank made me feel taken care of. He was on top of everything. Available when needed and was able to answer any question I threw at him, even the dumb questions that he stated where not dumb questions ;)
They were professiona, communicated well and very polite. The best experience a new homebuyer can ask for!
There were a few hiccups but frank and his team got them handled .
