My 7 rating is due to the communication. This was a stressful time and there were a lot of surprises - a delay in closing, being told we wouldn't have to bring anything to closing, to it being $15 then it to being $1150. That's a HUGE JUMP!!...

Francis made everything super easy and pain free. We didn't have to jump thrue hoops to get give anything they needed.
When it was time to do the closing signing we had not been informed of a dollar amount until the notary showed up at the house. So we had to postpone for a week but they got it resolved and taken care of immediately.
Francis, was great in my whole refinance process!
Very responsive bankers. They know how to get the job done. Would recommend to any one for your mortgage needs.
