Communication
Communication! I had to keep following up just to find out what was going with my refinance/ closing. I was trying so hard to be patient.
It took 5 months for a streamline refinance. I had to keep calling to find out why it was taking so long. I wish there was better communication and updates.
Francis, was available, returned calls, kind, honest upfront. No suprises!!!! I knew what was going on the entire process. It takes a lot to build trust with me and Francis, and Planet delivered... I don't take many survey or ever give top...

It was a really smooth process.
Francis communicated with us, kept us posted, and walked us through the process...again. There were some delays this time, but I do not believe that it was due to Francis or PHL, but rather due to the high volume of refinances occurring.
Francis did a great job keeping this loan on track, due to current situation it took longer then normal to close.
