Francis was very informative and helpful during the entire process.
Great customer service. Made the process of refinancing our home as easy as possible.
Francis communicated very well and was available for questions as they came. However, my displeasure is in relation to the timeline. It took a few months for us to be able to close, which was longer than we expected.
I didn't know anything about the refi process and Francis made it all very easy. I had questions along the way, each of which Francis answered quickly. No real complaints. Very pleased.
