Francis did not properly communicate with me on important issues related to our refinance. On several occasions he told me one thing on one day and another thing the next day.
The customer service was GREAT! THe communication throughout the process was phenomenal. Greatly appreciate everything
I especially liked Karen, she didn't lie to me and when I asked questions, she found answers, and returned calls when she said she would etc. She was the one who did final paperwork and closing. I give her a 10 plus.
He was very helpful all thru the process.
