It would be nice if they would pay our taxes on time from our escrow account and not wait until we get a notice that they are delinquent from our tax collector.
The experience was smooth from start to finish, it did take 9 weeks, but Francis and the team ensured I was notified throughout the process. We did have one small hiccup at signing, big Francis called and ensured that I had a solid explanation....
