Everything went smoothly from start to finish! Also, kudos to Janie for all of her help in the process too!
He responded well to email. Even though the closing was delayed approximately 3 months but he was able to communicate with nice and calm through email.
The process was smooth and seamless. A bit drawn out from the time we initially started the application.
