Easy process
Great experience
Great customer service, responsive, helpful and informative.
Everything was explained in detail and the process was very simple.
Several times I responded to his emails and communications asking specific questions and I never received a response from him on those questions. Other than that, it was a fairly simple process.
Gave us great info and made the process easy.
I sent a couple emails to to two different people asking some questions and never got an answer back. They weren’t dire questions but it still would have been nice to get them answered
