Communication
The process was seamless and the communication between all parties was great! Thank you so much!
We were kept informed through out the whole process. It does take a little bit long for the whole process, but in the end, it is worth it. I liked that the notary came to the house to finalize the paperwork!
Everything from start to finish was a seamless process
We were told what to expect and it was overall pretty easy to take care of.
The entire process was smooth and stress free. Compared to other lenders, we have enjoyed having Planet Home as our Lender.
Great team quick to respond
Francis was the best part of my experience. The rest of it not so much but Francis was exceptional. He answered all my questions and assisted me every step of the way. Even now after our loan was closed there were questions that I had.
