Communication was ok
the process was quick and easy. When I had question I got a return phone call within 30 minutes
The total process took almost 2 months and when underwriting was complete the paperwork wasn't sent in time for our appointment so it was moved from 1pm to 3pm then to 5pm, finally they had to move closing to Saturday the next day, so we wasted...
