We were kept in the loop during the refinancing process. Everyone was very helpful and professional.
The process was very easy to complete, and when I did have questions they were answered in a timely manner.
My representative was both professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. When I needed answer to any question he was easy to get a hold of and quickly had my answer. Francis did a great job!
