    I was a first time buyer, and didn't know anything about the process. Everyone was very helpful. I'm very happy with my new home. I would definitely recommend Howard Hanna to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

    Forrest was in constant communications with both the buyer and me. Client moving from out of state, and all contract dates and transaction milestones were met, keeping everything on track for an on-time closing!
