Extremely easy to work with, staff was very friendly. Farrell always answered phone calls, emails and texts immediately if I had questions.
Painful process. Too long to close. Communication was not good by underwriting staff. Last minute phone calls with abrupt timing to sign documents. Process started in July didn’t close until September. Emails ignored etc...
I've worked with Farrel Liss before and I think he is great. Would have given a 10, but some things with radius could have been more efficient
