Worked with Fabio for about a year. It took a while to find the right deal but he was there with me every step. Overcame a couple of obstacles and kept me calm throughout. We got it done on great terms. Fabio & NJ Lenders team are great.

My goal is to always help my clients feel confident and secure, and make the mortgage experience one that they ultimately enjoy and feel good about making.
I specialize in Conventional, FHA, and 203K loans, as well as Non-Warrantable Condos. I’m also a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and former business owner.
In my spare time, I am an avid biker who loves to play sports, go to the gym, and coach my kids in recreational and travel-level sports. I also enjoy reading and routinely volunteering my time to multiple charitable causes.
