    Communication was very good and Fabio responded to texts and phone calls after hours when needed, especially right before closing when we had questions.

I specialize in Conventional, FHA, and 203K loans, as well as Non-Warrantable Condos. I’m also a licensed Real Estate Appraiser and former business owner. In my spare time, I am an avid biker who loves to play sports, go to the gym, and coach my kids in recreational and travel-level sports. I also enjoy reading and routinely volunteering my time to multiple charitable causes.
