Underwriting was miscalculating self employed income and wasnt very thorough with the explanation of their conditions. There were also many times where we uploaded conditions and they were reconditioned for after UWIng review.

Ernie and his team knocked it out of the park on this one! We submitted and closed in 15 days. The borrower’s were blown away! I would definitely recommend Ernie and Kind Lending to the rest of our team!
