The service provided was great, always helpful, & well informed. What should be a stressful time was definitely not as stressful as I thought the process has been in the past with other lenders.
Erin was fantastic with keeping us up to date on our process. He talked us through any concerns we had and explained everything thoroughly. We were very lucky to have him.
All our questions were answered when needed. Also we were able to talk to a person with
our questions. Although the need was not good Right By You did everything possible to ease our situation.
