IMMEDIATE responses, crystal clear communication. If I didn't understand something, there was certainly the patience to explain. If I asked for information or for something out of scope, it was STILL delivered. Phenomenal.

Erin was amazing to work with! She communicated well and gets everything done in a very timely manner! She made the house buying process so much easier!
There were multiple times it felt like things were poorly communicated. There was also a huge delay in closing. I understand the market conditions push some delay, but it felt like our situation was much more delayed than acceptable.
