Eric was always available for assistance but the many errors and hold ups in the paperwork, The unannounced cancellations of the notary x3, the many text to correct paperwork after we finally signed, should have gone elsewhere in the end.
Erik explained all the details of the loan and was very helpful with any questions I had.
