He help me on everything
Some things he told me like differing my refinancing payment for two months wasn't on the deal, I emailed him two times ,have been calling him for over two weeks but can't reach him. I am unhappy about it
Erik was very attentive and helpful.
Erik was quick and very helpful with responding to my emails and getting my refinancing done in a timely manner.
Erik was great, he kept us up to date on all transactions. Would recommend him to my family members.
Closing of my refinance sooner than a four month wait would have caused my overall rating to be higher.
Painless
Erik was great! But my overall experience with Planet home Lending was Horrible mainly with the under writer. Also with the Processor with the lack of communication and getting back to me.
Erik was just outstanding. He took the time to explain anything I did not understand. He was with us throughout the whole refinancing process which made my wife and I more comfortable and less stressed.
