Erik was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. He made my home refinance an easy and enjoyable experience.
Over-all happy - it just seemed to take too long - almost 5 months for a refi with the same lender our existing mortgage is with seems a little excess.
Eric was there for us thru the whole process outstanding customer service!! Eric was also very good at this process, he made sure all our questions were addressed, and didn't leave us hanging not knowing what was going on. Very enjoyable experience!!...
