Quick and easy
Erik was knowledgeable and explained our options, he was a great listener and asked lots of questions to help us make the right decision for us.
Erik does a great job explaining things and following up. this was a really easy and quick process. I appreciate that Erik has been able to work with us on multiple loans and that he knows us and it feels more personal.
The awesome people who did all they could to get my loan together and funded. A huge thank-you to Eric and the ladies (Donna & Megan) who worked so diligently to get the job done.

Communication was pretty good except for being assigned to a new processor and them not transferring paperwork that was requested, to the new processor. I had to resubmit the information again.
Erik helped out quite a bit in the end, I appreciate the tenacity and diligence
