Erik was great from start to finish and made the process very easy. He was quick to return calls and emails and even helped out when the processing got held up which was very much appreciated.
The process was simple and easily explained.
We feel the refinance process went off without a hitch. Communication from Erik was clear, concise, and always quick. He was very wonderful to work with.

Better communication and timing at closing. Rushed. And process was not explained.
