Even though we never met Erich in person he was very accessible by phone and he responded to my emails promptly. New American was the original funder of our Bolivar home and did a precise job getting us a refi at a great percentage rate.
The loan experience is never fun to go through but this time with Erichs help it was bettedr than the original loan on our house.
