Lack of clear communication. Constantly changing closing costs even though he promised it was a locked rate. Every time I asked the reply would be “don’t worry about it”

I was not aware of the $25.000 in points until 24 hours prior to closing. I am sure it was in documents sent to me, but never discussed verbally when talking to Eric.
