They were quick and easy to work with. My only reason for a 9 is the lack of communication about the loan amount changing prior to closing.

It has nothing to do with Eric. It was for AmeriSave overall. Took longer than anticipated and previous loan officer ghosted without any communication whatsoever. Thankfully Eric stepped up and got everything in. But it still took long.
