Never received an explanation from NAF about some fees charged. Even my loan officer tried to get me an answer and he was not successful to get the details during my closing My loan officer even suggested me to call a number he had to see if...

Great communication, easy process and fairly quick

Eric has always been available for me with questions I have asked. I have done business with Eric before and his expertise has been consistent.

The whole process was fast and smooth. If there were issues they were handled quickly which helped us close earlier than originally planned.

Communication at beginning of transaction was terrific. But as we ran into huge problems with appraiser clear communication dwindled

Quick and efficiant

Eric was fantastic to work with. He answered all questions and definately went above and beyond. Rob was fantastic at his job, He was just simply impossible to reach in a timely fashion.
