Friendly, answered all my questions, easily accessible, made the process very straightforward and easy

Eric was very helpful and responsive when working with him as first time homebuyers. I would recommend working with him.

I feel that Eric himself did a decent job in getting the deal together but don't think the the right hand knew where the left hand was within the overall mortgage department at new amaerican funding. Think that the communication could be better...
