Everything was smooth, and questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand.
Eric and his staff kept us up to date through the whole process. The online document portal made submitting documents a breeze. Throughout the whole process there were no surprises, no gimmicks just great advice and service.

The house needed some repairs, so we had to delay the closing way past the scheduled time. We had to extend our locked rate about 2 weeks after the date it expired. Eric did a great job getting us to the finish line and we are thankful!
