Eric Krentzman was with from start to rocky finish. The finish was trying due to a realtor who couldn't stay in her lane and a lawyer who felt she could call all the shots. Eric handled all these issues with calm and reassurances.

ERIC WASN'T VERY GOOD AT PREPARING US FOR WHAT WAS NEEDED. NO ONE TOLD ME TO PRICE UP FRONT. IT WAS DRAGGED OUT AND EVERY TIME I THOUGHT IT WAS READY TO GO, SOMETHING ELSE HELD US UP. NOT ORGANIZED.
