It took a lot of searching to find someone as knowledgeable, actionable, and personable as Eric. I am very pleased with how everything went and thankful for his help.
I liked the app so that everything was in one place and able to communicate with Eric as well!
Everything went smoothly
Eric was always available to answer any and all questions in a timely fashion.
Took over 7 months to finalize a simple refinance . Had to provide far too much documentation sometimes the same info already provided. Overall experience a big pain in the ass.
Eric was a great mixture of invested, helpful, and not overbearing. He was always positive.
