We had a few snags along the way but it didn't stop you guys from getting everything ready so we didn't have to postpone our closing by even one day
I have now worked with Eric for three purchases. Two homes for myself and I also recommended him to my daughter for a home purchase.

Eric and Team were very communicative and kept me informed on anything I needed to upload to loan Butler and any further instructions. Everything was very well explained and moved smoothly because of that.
I have worked with Ruiff previously, and the process gets easier and easier! Eric and the other were great and helped us select the right mortgage for our situation. No surprise!
