Don’t lose documents; don’t overlook our actual income. The other issues were with the ridiculous demands of the underwriters.
Eric is extremely knowledgeable and available at the drop of a hat for any and all questions I had to make the loan process easy to a first time buyer like me.
Transaction went smoothly from start to finish and with the title hiccup, the lenders were patient and didn't skip a beat!
