Eric did a good job. The problem is the process.
It is long and repetitive. You put things in the portal only to have to resubmit the same thing again and again. I think a better explanation up front would have helped.
Eric was readily available and helpful everytime I reached out to him which made the process smooth and easy!
Eric was nothing but helpful and always available. He made the process of getting set up with a mortgage very easy.
