Eric has been great and very helpful. However, Amerisave's entire loan process takes too long. The underwriting process is a long wait. The schedule for closing after loan approval is another long wait.
Eric was all we needed and nothing we didn't. He is a machine. Would highly recommend.
The best part was that the rate advertised on the website was what I got. Many others were up to a point more than what they posted. Some would boast of cash out options but would not deliver, even with a great credit rating and financial situation....
