It was the closing part that got confusing and difficult. Communication was great up until that time. Also, due to my mistake and extremely slow response to correct, the funds were held and extra 2 days. It began to feel like a scam .

Some things were said in our phone consultation that didn't end up happening. I felt a little misled. Eric said he thought he could get a certain lower interest rate if I agreed to commit right then, and then that lower rate didn't end up happening....
