Eric made the entire process quick and easy. He was available and it was easy to communicate with throughout. He was always polite and professional. I am grateful he was our loan person. Also, his team worked with us just as well.

Everything went great except the closing, which was delayed due to paperwork not being sent to the notary on time. Despite that delay, I'd recommend Amerisave, as the process was quick and their team communicated on a daily basis;.
