Your automation system for paper work and processing of this loan was full of bugs and very hard to deal with. I had to submit things repeatedly and they had to delete the loan and restart form scratch...very poor user experience.

I have already recommended him to a dear friend.
Eric is friendly, professional and highly efficient . The process of refinancing our house was so quick and easy, Eric is an excellent communicator.
