Eric's customer service was great!! He was knowledgeable of the HELOC process and made this experience very comfortable. I was very satisfied with this process and have already recommended friends to leverage his service.

I sent the payoff amount for the old mortgage to AmeriSave. You guys shorted that amount $2000 and I was left to cover it from the funds I needed to pay other things. I had to solve a problem created by you.

The loan was supposed to be a home equity loan with a 25,000.00 line of credit which I could draw from as needed. What we got was a wire transfer of approx 63,000.00. Which I have sent 42,000.00 back to you.
