Eric failed to disclose that the interest rate he was quoting included paying additional points to buy the rate down. When I mentioned that I was unhappy with the closing costs, he never indicated I was paying more to lower the interest rate....

The mortgage loan process is intimidating to most people but I love educating customers and making the loan process understandable. Through technology AmeriSave also makes the loan process simple and streamlined. The most satisfying feeling is the moment it all falls into place for the customer and he or she sees the benefits of doing business with me and AmeriSave.
