Incredibly communicative, proactive, and transparent about the whole mortgage lending process. Any question i had, he answered in detail and in a way that anybody could understand. Would not have wanted to do this with anybody else!

We expected the process to be stressful with hiccups throughout. Thanks to the ACM team and their communication, we never ran into any issues. Eric and Bonnie answered the MANY questions we had and were so patient with us.
Eric was extremely responsive, ran cost analysis over weekends and late hours. Was always available and got my clients closed quickly and on time. Was a great process for everyone.
