Eric was amazing throughout the refinancing process. He exhibited a ton of knowledge and laid out our options thoroughly. We were not the easiest loan to close but he made it happy and put us in a perfect financial situation.
I don't think the lender is good. Not reachable when you needed and cold attitude. Too many people in between . Don’t have a primary contact. 5 times phone call maybe one time reachable.
