Emily has great customer service skills..

Emily worked hard to help me purchase the house through odd and difficult situations.
Not only it was the best rate among all the lenders I tried, but also (professionally) she was responsive, considerate, and super patient; aside from her kind personality.

Exceptionally easy refinance. Only real issue was with the appraisal. Not the fault of Emily at all, she did a fantastic job.
