Ellie was awesome. She was with us the whole way making sure we were taken care of and making sure we turned in all we needed to to move the process along. Professional and personable at the same time.
Ellie did a wonderful job! She was very personable and knowledgeable, she walked us through all the information we needed to know and stayed in contact through the entire process!
Communication was lacking. Not until I reached out to a manager was the file even submitted to underwriting. Being a mortgage loan officer myself, I understand how critical customer service is.
Good communication and genuinely cared about the process. Made everything easy and pleasant.

Ellie was wonderful with support ,the only thing we didn't like was it too too long .we weren't expecting it to take 2 months to get a loan..other then that it was great

Ellie worked extremely hard to get our loan done. She worked late and stayed on top of the processors to get our loan back in time for our closing. The only hiccup was by an underwriter but besides that Ellie was very knowledgeable about practices...
