The process was quick and easy. The team was very good at explaining what was happening in the process why they needed certain documents and always answered my questions quickly.

You may think that is a bit strong, but you don't know the horrible experience we had with another broker last winter. A friend recommended Elaine saying she was a miracle worker (again with hyperbole), I called her and told her the story....
