Ed and Joyce are phenomenal to work with. I just closed my fourth loan with them and they'll have my business when I need another. They close fast efficiently and truly have your best interests in mind.
Ed and his team made our refi process very easy. Once I provided all the necessary documentation that was it! The Guild case manager was very good and provided many updates along the way.

Ed got to the point and got the loan through without a hassle
I checked with multiple Banks and I found that Guild Mortgage was able to provide a great APR rate and provide a Conventional Loan that exceeded my expectations.I recommend Guild Mortgage and would use them again.
