Unclear and limited communication made this an unpleasant experience. Promised one thing and brought to closing with a completely different scenario. Still am unsure of the outcome of our last request.

Process took way longer than the first time I did this (less than a year ago). There were a couple times i emailed with questions and did not receive a response for 2 or 3 days.
There was a lack of communication towards the end of the process. However, the beginning and middle with Edward were great.
