There was not very timely communication and I did not have information on closing and preparation before. Much of the work I had to follow-up on to get answers.
He was very polite and he helped very good
Information I received was accurate in regard to loan terms. Any questions I asked were answered. My loan was closed in the time frame I expected. No long waits to speak to my loan officer.
