Mr Brady was very helpful and informative.
Shorten timeline for processing the refinance loan. Given that we were not changing lenders, it was disconcerting to have the process take six months.
Nice people that made it a great experience.
Clear and easy instructions. Edward was always available, answers his phone. Wow. Very understanding during this trying time for me. You guys made my divorce fun. Ha ha. kidding.
Actually responding to my e-mails, not taking months to complete, getting the closing documents to the closing company in time to actually close on time and not screwing up my holiday plans.
Everything went exactly as Mr. Brady explained..lt took a little long to get closed..but it was understandable because alot of customers were closing ..l just waited patiently until it was my turn to close. Thanks again!!

It took longer the was told I had to send same info 5 or 6 times and got calls every other week for 6 months asking for more and more paperwork overall not a very good experience
