Every question I had was answered quickly and with confidence. The process to refinance was very smooth and with absolutely no issues. Every person I worked with from the initial call to the signing of the final documents was flawless.

Took forever and a day. Didn’t realize I was buying down the interest rate, or I would have shopped around
